I would like to provide a few instructions for navigating and reviewing my 4-year professional development report.
LETTER: The report begins with a letter to my dean, Dr. Raphael Onyeaghala.
INDIVIDUAL CRITERION: After reading the letter, please (one at a time) click on each of the criterion. The criterion pages are designed to provide all the information needed to make a thorough assessment of my professional development. The criterion pages can be accessed by clicking on the selected standard in the white navigation bar above or by clicking on the brown tabs below.
Summary: Each criterion page begins with a comprehensive summary. This summary is meant to provide an at-a-glimpse overview of the entire four years for that particular criterion.
Brown Box: Each summary is followed by a brown box that links the reader to a comprehensive reporting of my professional development goals for that specific criterion including the methods of assessment, evidence, department goal correlation, and an overview for each year of the 4-year plan.
Evidence: Just beneath the brown box is a list of evidence that is cited/referenced throughout the particular criterion. Each item in the list is hyper linked to an actual piece of evidence. If you would like additional evidence of anything detailed in this report, I will provide it immediately upon your request.
