Academic Research Conference Keynote Address


PRESENTER BACKGROUND:

Marcia (Marci) Malzahn is a banking executive and founder of Malzahn Strategic, a community bank consultancy focused on strategic planning, enterprise risk management and talent management. 

With more than 20+ years in senior-level bank leadership roles, including launching and growing a community-based bank to over $300 in assets, Marci wanted to help other community banks, a goal that led to her 2014 founding of Malzahn Strategic.

Marci is currently board chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities and is active in a number of other community and professional organizations and boards. She is recipient of several professional awards, and is a published author and noted public speaker, combining her passion for business with helping others achieve greatness, often speaking on motivational, inspirational and leadership topics, as well as business and banking. 
Marci holds a B.A. in business management from Bethel University and is a graduate of the Madison Graduate School of Banking.
